End User License Agreement
1. Parties and acceptance
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME of Joefex — e.g. "Joefex FZ-LLC", incl. registration no.] (“Joefex”, “we”, “us”), the developer and vendor of the Joefex Property Listing application (the “App”), and the organisation that installs the App from the Bitrix24 Market (the “Customer”, “you”). By installing or using the App you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install the App, or uninstall it.
2. What the App is
The App is a property-listing management application that runs on Joefex’s own servers and connects to your Bitrix24 account via OAuth 2.0. On installation it creates a set of CRM Smart Process entities and fields in your Bitrix24 portal, and thereafter lets you manage property listings, agents and developers, generate PDF/JPG brochures, and publish listing feeds for property portals and your own website.
3. License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App within your own Bitrix24 portal(s) for your internal business purposes, for the duration of your installation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, or offer the App as your own service to third parties.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where law permits.
- You may not circumvent the App’s authentication, feed tokens, or tenant isolation, or access another customer’s data.
- You may not use the App to store or distribute unlawful content.
5. Fees
The App is free to install from the Bitrix24 Market. Any paid features are offered only as in-app purchases and are described, together with their prices, on the App’s Market listing before you buy. There are no hidden fees payable to Joefex.
6. Third-party services — your own accounts required
The App can generate listing feeds for third-party property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and for your own website. Publishing on those portals requires your own active, paid advertiser account with each portal. The App produces the feed; the portals decide whether and how to consume it under their own terms. Joefex is not a party to your agreements with Bitrix24 or with any portal, and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, or acceptance of your listings.
7. Your data and your responsibilities
- Your listing data remains in your own Bitrix24 portal and belongs to you. How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the listings you publish, including having the rights to all uploaded photos and documents, and valid permit/licence numbers where required by law (e.g. RERA/DLD requirements in the UAE).
- You are responsible for managing which of your Bitrix24 users can access the App, and for keeping your feed URLs confidential — anyone holding a feed URL can read the listings you have chosen to publish.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its code, design and documentation are and remain the property of Joefex. “Bitrix24” is a trademark of its owner; Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle are trademarks of their respective owners. No trademark rights are granted by this Agreement.
9. Support and availability
Support is provided via [SUPPORT EMAIL — config/app.php support_email] during the support hours stated on the App’s Market listing. The App is provided as an online service; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and maintenance windows may occur.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joefex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the App. Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the amounts you paid to Joefex for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to [LIABILITY CAP for free usage — a fixed amount, e.g. AED 1,000; lawyer to advise]). Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Term and termination
This Agreement applies while the App is installed in your Bitrix24 portal. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate the license for material breach of this Agreement. On uninstallation, Bitrix24 revokes the App’s access to your portal; handling of remaining data is described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.
13. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE federal law; lawyer to confirm], and disputes are subject to the courts of [VENUE — lawyer to confirm].
14. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement when the App or the law changes. The current version is always available at this address, with the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced through the App or the Market listing; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
